We offer several groups adapted to different levels for the practice of yoga
At our yoga center, we believe in the importance of adapting the practice to the individual needs of our students. That is why we offer a variety of levels ranging from beginner to advance. Whether you are new to Yoga or an experienced practitioner, you will find the perfect class for you.

Yoga has the advantage of being a long, challenging and progressive path from which you will gain satisfaction and enjoy the process.
Ignite*
Is the foundation where the roots are established with the standing postures. Inverted postures such as Salamba Sarvangāsana are introduced.
It is recommended to start with Level Ignite for both novice students and students who come from other yoga, given that this yoga has a very specific technique (alignments, precision, supports…) and for advanced students to return to the essence of the practice of IYENGAR® yoga.
* We use Ignite instead of Initial in English because the translation seems more accurate: To turn on, to generate an exciting situation…
Intermediate
The student becomes familiar with standing postures and basic inverted postures. Salamba Sirsāsana is introduced, preparing the student for prāņāyama and other families of asana.
Advanced
The different families of postures are established: forward (forward bends), backwards (back bends)…
The prāņāyama technique will help to complement the asana and make a complete, harmonious and balanced set.
These classes are for experienced students with regular and constant practice.
General Level
English class
Open to all levels.
The foundations are established with the standing postures.
The inverted postures are done corresponding to each level.
